We look forward to seeing all 30 of these participants in on-going forensic interview trainings in the future. According to the National Children’s Alliance Standards, Mental Health Standard I, “Clinicians providing mental health treatments to CAC clients must participate in ongoing clinical supervision/consultation.” CACI is proud to provide ongoing group supervision/consultation by a senior Illinois clinician to all mental health professionals seeing children referred from Illinois CACs. These supervision/consultation groups are planned for 2 times a month. CACI hosted these on Oct. 19 and Oct. 20, and next month’s is planned for Nov. 16 and Nov. 17. These groups are collaborative, voluntary, and provide a space for peer support and feedback to one another.

Thanks to your input several changes have been made to the Collaborate DCFS report. One addition will be required fields added to aid in entering information. For example letting the user know if DCFS or LE should be tracked.
One on one meetings with CACs continue to clarify and questions.
Again, as always, I appreciate everyone's input. It will only make the system better.

There are still a few emails being sent to my old email address at Murphy & Associates. Please remember to use my CACI email, kathy@cacionline.org. While the old email is still active, it is not checked daily, and anything related to CACI has to be forwarded to me. This could lead to delays in response to questions or information being missed.
Just a reminder that your monthly VOCA fiscal reports are due by the 10th following the month end. Expenses should be entered into AmpliFund, and a signed pdf copy of your PFR along with PFR Workbook in Excel format should be uploaded also. There should be a subfolder for Fiscal Reports under your Public folder to upload the monthly reports, if not please reach out to me. I appreciate everyone’s efforts and patience in working with AmpliFund.
I am looking forward to starting site visits again in November, even if they are only virtual. I will not be doing any in person visits through January at least. If you are scheduled for an in-person visit from Michael this fall, I will be doing a desk review of your fiscal information. I will contact you with details regarding your desk review.
As always, please reach out to me with fiscal questions on your grant or help with AmpliFund.
