MyPAHL Is A New Online Health And Wellness Tool Designed Specifically For Special Olympics Athletes
The program creates a personalized health plan based on each individual athlete and allows you to track your improvements over time. MyPAHL includes education, recipes, tips, and videos that are all designed to help SO athletes improve their health. MyPAHL tracks their health journey and athletes earn points for everything they do on the program.
