Capital Campaign - Building Our Future
We are growing!
On October 15, 2020, we broke ground on an important capital project to expand our building and renovate our existing space. This project marks a pivotal moment in our 108 year history, and positions us for continued growth and success in the future.

We have been at 178 Farmington Road, Rochester, NH since 2001, and over the past decade we have doubled our service area, patients served, and staffing. Cornerstone VNA is proud to be working with SMP Architecture of Concord, Groen Construction of Rochester, and First Seacoast Bank, who have teamed up to work with us in building a new wing for our Hospice, Palliative Care and Intake Departments, as well as larger community meeting and training spaces.
Help us build our future!
Visit our website to learn more about our capital project, view our ground breaking video, see photos of our construction progress, and find out how you can donate to this beautiful new space and support the care provided by our frontline workers!

COVID-19 Vaccine Update
We are very excited that the COVID-19 vaccine is now available, starting with our frontline workers. We continue to be diligent to ensure the safety of our staff, patients and our community members, but as of early January, our staff members have started receiving the vaccine at designated drive- through sites.

Pictured here are Dr. Patrick Lanzetta, Hospice Medical Director, and June Gallup, Quality Improvement Director, who recently received their vaccine.

We encourage you to visit CDC.gov for the most current information about COVID-19 and questions about the vaccine.
We are also pleased to share that we are approved as a vaccine distribution site. What this means is that as soon as we receive notification that “Phase 1B” has been announced, we will receive the COVID-19 vaccine from the State and we will be able to administer vaccines to our highest-risk patients. New information will be added to our website in the coming weeks. Visit our COVID-19 page for additional information and check back for updates.
