How is your United Way of Charlotte County doing?

Our team is well and we are still currently rotating our staff working in the office. The phones are keeping us busy among other ways that we are mobilizing and serving the community. It has been challenging to find creative ways to do business. We have formed our 2020-2021 Campaign Cabinet and just had our Annual and Virtual Board Retreat. We still have plans to celebrate our Campaign Kick off, host a Day of Caring and have fun with Beaujolais this year.

How are you doing? We know that many of you are raw, exhausted and uncertain. This is certainly a frustrating time with no end in sight. Please know that we are grateful for you, thinking of you and hope that you stay safe and well.
Serving Our Teachers and Students

As this school year begins, know that we are here for you. We have been mobilizing our community to deliver masks and books for our students. Pictured right are volunteers sorting almost 5,000 masks donated by community members. As the school year gets underway, UWCC will continue to identify needs for school staff, students, and families. Please know that we are here. We will do our best to support you in our community and to make this year safe and productive.

Thank you for serving our community and taking such precautions with our children. We are here for support and to ease your burden.
These Masks...
Thank you very much to those who contributed to the mask drive!
