Hey Neighbour - Fall programs

Grab and Go Kits: We launched our Hey Neighbour grab and go kits for Good Neighbour Day on Sept. 28. Pick up a free kit at the Halton Hills Public Library! Each kit includes a craft activity, bookmark, and a door hanger.

Neighbourhood Pop-ups and Play Streets: Our fall calendar is now online with dozens of dates and times to join the fun.

COVID-19 vaccine FAQ

As of September 22, 2021, the province of Ontario requires proof of vaccination in select settings. Proof of two dose COVID-19 vaccination is now required to access Town of Halton Hills recreation facilities. COVID-19 screening protocol also remains in place for entry to all Town facilities.

Fall trails
Enjoy the fall colours by hiking local trails

Halton Hills is a wonderful place to enjoy the sights and sounds of fall.

Try these hikes:
  • In Georgetown, park on West Branch Drive and follow the Hungry Hollow trail over 5km to reach the trailhead at Hall Rd.
  • From the Acton Arena, join the Tanners Drive woodlot trail for a quick 1km loop through the woods
