Grab your hat, gloves and running shoes! The Securian Financial Winter Run, an annual Saint Paul Winter Carnival tradition and fundraiser, is back for the ultimate Minnesota winter running experience. New this year, our in-person 5K will take place on Saturday, Jan. 30 around Lake Phalen, featuring beautiful winter views. Want to pick your own running date and time? Runners can also participate virtually with 5K, 10K and a Half Marathon.

Anderson Race Management expands into the South Dakota Market with race management and timing services.
EAGAN, Minnesota (December 12, 2020) – Anderson Race Management is excited to announce that they have opened an office in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. After a year of numerous government shutdowns and event cancellations, Anderson Race Management is pivoting to expand their wide array of event services into South Dakota.
“South Dakota has been very good to us over the past several months and we love doing events there!” said Mary Anderson, President and Founder of Anderson Race Management. “It has been so fun to see the various parts of South Dakota and bring a new way of operating to this area. In a time where we have been limited with the events we can do in Minnesota, South Dakota was open for business allowing us to still work in 2020. It has been a true blessing for us this year! We are excited to grow there even more in 2021 and beyond! “
Karen Lechtenberg has been hired to manage our South Dakota office. She is a true asset with all that she brings with her connections to running stores, running groups and event directors! Karen also produces many events of her own throughout the year that benefit numerous non-profits in the Sioux Falls area.
