eNews | 11-5-2021
Dear Kehillah,

Have you ever wondered "Who is eNews? If I reply to it, does it go to an actual person?" The answer is, YES! My name is Deena Riddle, Director of Marketing & Events at Kehillah. Over the years I have met many of you but not all, and so, with the short week due to Parent/Teacher Conferences going on, I thought I would use this opportunity to introduce myself as not just "she who will answer your eNews inquiry" but also as a parent of a student at Kehillah.
To all of our teachers!
I hope you enjoyed your Parent/Teacher Conferences as much as I did. The faculty puts so much heart into their work. As I spoke with teachers like Mr. Romero (at Kehillah since 2006!) I was struck by the level of dedication and care that is put into his, and all, of the classes at our school. Ms. Bloch knew more about my student than just how she did on a chemistry test but also about how she was doing in general. I know there are so many stories like this about each of our wonderful teaching staff. A hearty Kol Hakavod to all of our teachers!

👟 Cross Country Final
🏀 Basketball Begins
👟The Kehillah Cross Country Team competed in their final team meet of the season on Thursday at the PSAL League Championship. The race was held at the beautiful Crystal Springs course in Belmont with perfect conditions. The team ran a great race, but the day was highlighted by Isabella T. who qualified for the CCS division 5 championship!

🏀 The Basketball Team began practicing this week and it was a packed gym! It’s been great to see so many players come out to play and we are very excited to get back on the court to compete! The boys teams are finalized, so please take a look at the TeamSnap page as the times and locations for practice will be different beginning next week.
