DOLPHIN DID YOU KNOW
DDYK STAFF SPOTLIGHT
BERNARDETTE FAUVER

Mrs. Fauver had worked for RBUSD for 10 years and has transferred to Jefferson Elementary in January. Although she is new to the Jefferson staff, Mrs. Fauver is not new to the school. Both her children attended Jefferson Elementary and she spent many hours volunteering on campus during that time. Mrs. Fauver is very excited to be “returning” on the Jefferson campus.

Mrs. Fauver loves music and enjoys being introduced to new music. Her old time favorite band is The Who, but she keeps checking out new artists and music to add to her various Spotify playlists.

Asked about her favorite sports team, Mrs. Fauver mentioned that she grew up with soccer and got hooked on the English Premier League. She is rooting for Arsenal, even if the team has been struggling a bit lately.

If she were to win the lottery, Mrs. Fauver would love travel and celebrate with family and friends. One item on her bucket list is to travel to England and attend an English Premier League game.

One thing that people may not know about Mrs. Fauver is that she has Bolivian roots. She was born in California, but her parents are from Bolivia.

If she could be granted one superpower, Mrs. Faver would choose teleportation. She feels that with the increase in traffic, this power would be such a time saver.

If Mrs. Fauver could learn instantly to do anything, she would choose to learn several languages. She would also like to learn lots of things about construction.

Mrs. Fauver noted that, beyond any doubt, putting laundry away is the most dreaded chore! While she does not mind doing laundry or folding the clothes, she absolutely hates putting the clothes away.

Mrs. Fauver is a firm believer that things happen for a reason and feels that sometimes, even when bad things happen, we may realize after a while that it is for the best.

Asked about her definition of success, Mrs. Fauver told us that being successful means being happy.
