We hope you and your loved ones are enjoying the beautiful, fall season and are staying safe and healthy. We understand that choosing a high school is a very exciting time for every incoming student and during these unprecedented times, it is challenging to get the full “feel” of what life is like at ICHS. We hope by providing you with up to date admissions information, we can help you in the admissions process and help you find your home here at ICHS!
We will also be conducting private tours in the month of December. For more information about these safe tours following strict COVID-19 protocols please contact Miss Mineo.

Nearly 500 viewers participated in our first Virtual Open House, Live Stream Event, on Thursday, October 15, 2020. During this virtual event, prospective parents and families were afforded the opportunity to meet members of the ICHS community and hear about the amazing things happening here. Our Virtual Open House provided prospective students and their families with information regarding the individualized academic program, student advisory program, our collaboration with Felician University, and the growth our young women experience over their four years here and so much more! There was also a Q and A, where attendees sent in their questions about life at ICHS. We are looking forward to our Virtual Open House, “The Sequel,” on Thursday, December 10, 2020!

Zoom Individualized Open House |
At Immaculate Conception High School, we believe in personalized and individualized attention in every facet of the ICHS experience - academics, social emotional well-being and of course, the admissions process. We are proud to announce that for the safety and health of all, we welcome 8th grade families to individually set up a Zoom meeting with us to meet their daughter and speak about how we can personally make her high school experience invaluable, unforgettable and of course, individualized to meet her academic, social and emotional needs. Although physically visiting the school and spending the day as a Blue Wolf Visitor is not possible this fall due to COVID-19, the administration does not want 8th grade students to miss out on the opportunity to learn all about what makes ICHS the right fit for their high school experience. These individualized meetings commenced during the start of the pandemic in spring of 2020 and we will proudly continue them this fall. Grammar School Visits with Miss Mineo |
|
Each fall admissions season, it is a tradition for Miss Mineo to visit local Catholic grammar schools with the Student Ambassadors to present to middle school students about ICHS. The middle school students always enjoy collaborating with the Student Ambassadors to discuss what they are looking for in a high school and to hear about our students’ experiences. Due to COVID-19 and to follow safety protocols, in-person meetings were not possible this season. However, that did not stop Miss Mineo from sharing what makes ICHS a very special place with middle school students. Miss Mineo virtually met, utilizing Google Meet and Zoom, with different grammar schools. She was thrilled to virtually present the amazing things happening here at ICHS! The middle school students were excited to meet Miss Mineo and were afforded the opportunity to ask her questions about the academics, athletics, theater program, etc. at ICHS! These virtual meetings were exciting and informative, and Miss Mineo is grateful for the principals and middle school teachers at the local grammar schools for sharing their students’ time with her this fall. |
