Hello Kristina,
Slow down. Take a deep breath. Look at a flower or go for a walk in Nature. Feel the sun on your face. Listen to music that makes you feel good. Sing. Dance. Nap. What can you be grateful for in this moment?
Let the snow globe glitter within you settle. Take another deep breath.
If the above is all you read and heed today, this PGG newsletter would have been worth it.
I don't know about you, but the last month felt like a cyclone came to town, kicked up a couple things - not necessarily bad - and then abruptly came to a halt and we're just now getting our bearings to process and integrate what the heck just happened?!
We need to feel out this new territory which is still quite unsettled and perhaps a little intense. Hence, my above suggestions... Allow the time and space for yourself to just be instead of do for a minute.
As I've mentioned many times in these missives over the past few years (as a reminder, I've been taking a break from weekly PGGs which you can refresh your memory about here.), we are living in extraordinary times. This includes periodic cycles of acceleration - kind of the Universe's way of kicking us in the butt and moving us along a little faster than we might go on our own.
So take some time this weekend and the weeks ahead to feel your way through and integrate what that next step or new direction, habit or relationship might look like. The key is to take it SLOW. With so many moving parts both individually and collectively it's a wise thing to do. And remember everyone is experiencing this in one degree or another, so be patient and have compassion for both you and them.
As long as you do that and trust in the process and divine order of it all, my message to you is, as Bob Marley's Three Little Birds sang, "Everything's gonna be alright." Sometimes that's all we need to hear to feel better, so I wanted to offer that to you today :)
If you'd like to see how I heeded my own advice yesterday that got me out of a bad place check out this IG Reel, and here's another fun, random part of my whirlwind month. Being on my mailing list here is still the best way to be in the loop with all I'm offering, but I'm most active on Instagram if you want to connect on a more regular basis and see what's up with me personally, professionally and creatively.
And, if we've worked together or you've seen me talk, feel free to send a request or follow me on LinkedIn. Scroll below for links to upcoming events and other ways to connect with me and my content. If you would like to show your appreciation for my work (like these messages), see the links below my signature for my PayPal or Venmo.
Looking for a fun tool to help get you through this time? Check out my book Say It To Make It: Affirmations to Empower Your Heart, Mind, Spirit and Soul. If you don't already have a copy, now would be a great time to grab one to celebrate its one year anniversary and add some positive vibes to use in your daily life! (And please leave an Amazon review ;)
And last, but certainly not least, if you are at a crossroads in career and life and want to feel more aligned and gain the clarity, balance and direction to best navigate your life at this time, you can always work with me one on one as a coach. (Use code SPRINGFLING for 10% off through May 31st to purchase; sessions can be booked through June 30)
For those of you who want more in-depth content and access like group coaching or talks on a regular basis, I am still feeling my way through what's next and how to format that. I am considering offering a way for you to support my work via Patreon or similar, so stay tuned for more as the occasion arises, and feel free to let me know your thoughts about anything here or what you would like me to offer going forward.
Deep Breaths and Big hug <3
