Introducing Sprite, a Snuggly Creature for Young Kids Experiencing Grief & Loss

Slumberkins

Slumberkins, a company based in Vancouver, Washington that creates snugglers and board books to help young children navigate challenges, recently collaborated with The Dougy Center for their newest snuggly creature, Sprite.

With the help of Sprite, parents and caregivers of grieving children can start open conversations about death, helping kids understand that those who are no longer by our side continue to live within our hearts.

Slumberkins is generously donating a Sprite snuggler and board book to all Dougy Center participants ages 3 to 8. More information about Sprite can be found here.
