Annual Report on RESEARCH

At the time of inception, NSU was the first technical university established in the United States in 20 years. Instead of colleges, it created research centers. This helps explain why research by students is integrated into everything we do. NSU’s economic impact to Florida currently exceeds $4 billion. Our research activities span the globe. And we are dedicated to Making Yours a Healthier World.

We invite you to learn more. This report includes briefs on select patents and projects.

Once a Shark, always a Shark! Regional alumni networks have formed in Broward County, Miami, Palm Beach, Jacksonville, Orlando, and Tampa, Florida. Participating alumni have the opportunity to learn what NSU can do for them after graduation, network with other NSU alumni, volunteer for service projects, and provide career development connections for current students. These networks have only recently been launched, and we hope you'll join us at our next event in your area.

Interested in learning more? Complete the NSU Shark Alumni Network registration form.

Join NSU Connect, an online forum for NSU alumni. Network, find a mentor, or catch up with fellow Sharks.

GIVING Opportunity

When a crisis strikes, NSU Cares is there for members of our Shark family who face hardships. A heavy rain event this April caused quite a bit of damage in the Fort Lauderdale area—stranding vehicles, flooding parking lots, and even trapping a few of our employees on the East Campus.

A donation to NSU Cares will help in the aftermath of disasters like this one. We appreciate your gifts.
