Sea Pines Community Center to Reopen 5.24.21
The Sea Pines CSA Community Center located at 71 Lighthouse Road Suite #120, will reopen on Monday, May 24, 2021, with operating hours Monday- Friday from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Safety Reminder from Sea Pines Security
To prevent opportunities of theft please remember to keep exterior house doors and windows locked at all times and secure your vehicles (lock your doors and roll up your windows) when leaving vehicles unattended. When you see something that looks out of place, please report it to our Security Department promptly by calling 843.671.7170. The sooner we get the information, the quicker we can assist.

Authority Over Waterways Surrounding Sea Pines
For boating issues or complaints about boating behavior on the waterways surrounding Sea Pines (e.g., Calibogue Cay, Braddock Cove, Baynard Cove Creek), please contact the Beaufort County Sheriff's Department at 843.255.3300.

 Roadway Repairs Around the Community Continue
  • Roadway repairs are scheduled to continue through Friday, May 21st, weather permitting, along Lawton Road, South Plantation Drive, South Sea Pines Drive/Audubon Drive, North Sea Pines Drive/Green Heron Road
  • Flagmen will be present to assist with traffic flow
  • Delays may occur, drivers are asked to proceed with caution
Sea Pines CSA Conducting Community Stormwater Ditch Cleaning
Stormwater ditch cleaning continued this week along Otter Road. The maintenance and removal of sediment build-up in our stormwater system is important for the conveyance of stormwater from rainfall events. Ditch cleanout began along Tupelo Road Wednesday, May 12th and will continue through Friday, May 21st, weather depending.

  • HVAC units, propane tanks, pool pump equipment, and other similar storage receptacles must be screened from view within a small service yard.

The Town of Hilton Head Conducting Drainage Improvement Work Near Portside Villas

The Town of Hilton Head has begun drainage improvement work within the utility easements in proximity to the Portside Villas, Pintail Court, Merganser Court, Scaup Road and Wren Drive. Project work will continue through Friday, May 21st, weather permitting.
