Looking for volunteers for Santa’s Workshop 2021!
Home and school is hoping for your help for next year! We are looking for 2+ parents to run the Santa’s Workshop shopping experience next December. If you are new to St. Jerome, it is typically an annual event where your kids can shop for family Christmas gifts during the school day in a super fun, affordable way.
We need a few folks to organize the inventory we’ve already purchased and run the event. Prep will be pre-bagging and labeling the gifts, selecting a date with the school office, and staffing the event.
This is a really fun event that the kids enjoy and we hope you’ll get involved. We have all of the information in hand, so you’re not going to be left to run this without help.
Act quickly before classes fill up!
2021-2022 School Year Registration
You should have received an email from TADS to enroll your child(ren) for the 2021-2022 school year. Please click on the link within the email and enroll your children and fill out the tuition agreement for your family.

If you have children who are not yet attending St. Jerome Parish School, but will be attending for the 2021-22 school you, you can also fill out Admission for your new students at the same time. Please see if those children are eligible for the Wisconsin Private School Choice Program.
If you feel you will need tuition assistance for the 2021-22 school year, please contact Lynn Hacker in the St. Jerome Parish Office to receive a tuition assistance application. Please fill out your tuition agreement as if you were paying full tuition, and once tuition assistance has been determined, your account will be adjusted accordingly.

Summer School with OASD
This information is also on the OASD Summer School webpage. Once the Summer School Brochures are approved by the OASD School Board, they will be posted on the OASD website on March 18th.
Any NON-OASD student or students from local parochial/private schools must complete an OASD student application form EVERY YEAR prior to summer school registration (this is different from the Family Access account registration). This form is posted below and should be completed and submitted directly online. Upon receiving the completed form, OASD staff will enroll your student into the summer school program. Summer School registration will not be available to you if this process is not completed.
Please note: If your child previously attended summer school or if you have an older child who attends Oconomowoc High School, you do not need to request a new login or password for your Family Access account.
All YMCA questions should be directed to the YMCA staff at (262) 567-7251 for more information.
