Good News: November 2021
Dear LCH Friends,

November is American Diabetes Month. While this is a serious disease, it can be managed, and at times even prevented. We work closely with our diabetic patients to help educate, self-empower, and create healthy lifestyle changes for the whole family. Take time this month to review your family history, and talk with your provider if you are concerned that you are at risk for diabetes.

Vaccines continue to play an essential role in disease prevention. The time is now for your flu shot and your COVID-19 vaccine if you have not yet already received one. From local pharmacies to the Chester County Health Department, there are so many great resources available for vaccines. The time is now!

In good health,
