Transitioning Back to In Person Sessions
While we will continue to offer virtual session by all RD's to all current and new clients, some of us will be slowly and safely see clients in office beginning on and after September 13th. Not all RD's will be offering in-person sessions beginning in September, so please check with your RD and our front office if you are interested in an in-person appointment. All clients are still welcome to choose to have their sessions virtually, and some will begin to also have the option of seeing their RD in the Nutrition Energy office.

What if I am not feeling well on the day of my appointment?
  • We are sorry you may not be feeling well, and are happy to be able to continue to offer you a virtual appointment safely from the comfort of your home.
A Note From Lauren
Just remember, Labor Day is just around the corner, and many schedules change as we shift back to fall - for both individuals and families. As a mom of three, I understand how much our schedules and lives are about to change with getting kids up and out to school, to and from after-school activities, packing lunches, making dinner and doing homework. It's so easy to set aside your own nutrition goals just to keep everything else running smoothly --but we are here to help keep you focused and on track!

For those of you continuing to train for an upcoming event (or just for fun!), remember to plan out and practice with your refueling foods and electrolytes. It is never too soon to figure out what works for you - and your race or event will be better for it!

Be smart and exercise safe!  Have questions regarding planning out your training and event nutrition?  How about sharing your favorite products used during your event (we always love trying new things!)? Feel free to reach out to us at our office, or on Twitter @NutritionEnergy, Instagram @NutritionEnergy and @NutritionEnergy_Fuels, or Facebook!

Sincerely,

Lauren Antonucci
