New Dawn Baby Bottle Fund-Raiser
Due to Covid-19, the Baby Bottle Fund-Raiser for the New Dawn Pregnancy Resource Center will look a little different this year. Instead of having individual baby bottles that you can bring home with you, we are asking that donations either be brought in-person to our Worship Service on Sunday Morning and be placed in the designated container, or that donations be made online directly to New Dawn, using the link below.
To donate online go to: www.ndprcfriends.com

Thank you for supporting LIFE!!!

Scripture of the Week
1 Peter 3:9, 14 (NIV) -- "Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing... but even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed.

Wow - Sunday was a first for me.

After rolling my ankle and going to the ER last Thursday, I led worship and gave the teaching from one spot, sitting down on a stool. It was strange, a bit uncomfortable, and to be honest, quite exhausting ... but God's grace is always sufficient!

Thanks for your prayers, and I hope to be closer to being on my feet next Sunday.

May we revisit our topic from Sunday... being like Jesus toward those most vulnerable.

It is not an easy task, and is often quite a stretch or challenge to us. But may we simply be like Jesus in the moment, as He changes our hearts, as He leads us to be more aware of the most vulnerable, and as He leads us to love and serve the most vulnerable.

Have a blessed week, and I look forward to being with you (in person or online) this Sunday as we start our new series on the Letter of James!

I love being your pastor!
