THE JITTI JOURNAL
Volume 8 Issue 3
May 2021
Welcome
Children's Day, held annually on May 5th, is a time for families to celebrate their children's healthy growth and happiness. Homes and towns are decorated with carp streamers that look like they are swimming whenever the wind blows. Just as these fish powerfully swim upstream, parents desire for their children to grow up strong and succeed in their endeavors.

As we each continue to swim against our own personal currents, we wish for your success and prosperity while overcoming every challenge.

The JITTI Journal is a bimonthly publication of the Japan International Transport and Tourism Institute, USA (JITTI USA), in which JITTI USA shares information on transport and tourism developments in Japan and elsewhere, as well as recent JITTI USA programs. As a supplement to our regular events, we hope that the Journal likewise serves as a resource for the transport and tourism communities.
