PSO Snowstorm - Extended through Sunday, December 13!
Snowstorm has been extended! Please join us in showering our teachers with appreciation for everything they do for our scholars! Donations can be made at http://aepso.square.site/ through this Sunday, December 13.
The PSO Snowstorm is a monetary gift from Archway Trivium East families to show love to our beloved faculty and staff. It's a wonderful way to show your appreciation and to honor each of them for the investment they've made in our scholars. Let's show how much they mean to us, by donating today!
Find out about this year's campaign and donate here:
Scholars also have a unique opportunity to send their favorite teachers heart-felt snowflake messages. Snowflakes will be sent home with scholars for them to decorate, or write a note, and they can be returned to their classroom or the office. Please feel free to make as many copies of the snowflake as you would like.
Everyone who contributes to Snowstorm will have their names added to our Snowstorm banners, and their names will also be included in a card given to each staff member.
Warm regards to you and your family this holiday season!
Kindly,
ATE PSO Leadership Team

Reminder: Great Hearts Open Enrollment is for NEW Students Only
Archway Trivium East Parents: Open Enrollment for new-to-Trivium students runs through Friday, December 11 for all Great Hearts Arizona Academies. Current K-4th Grade students at Archway Trivium East DO NOT need to participate in open enrollment. Re-enrollment information will be sent to current K-4th grade families in March of 2021.
If you have a 5th grade student currently enrolled at Archway Trivium East or Archway Trivium West, please plan to enroll them at Trivium Preparatory Academy during Open Enrollment. 5th grade graduates of Archway Trivium East and West receive "Archway Graduate" priority status which is the highest priority status for enrollment into Trivium Prep. More information will be sent to 5th grade families in the coming weeks.
If you are the parent of a sibling (entering Kindergarten - 12th grades) who is not currently enrolled at a Great Hearts Academy, please plan to fill out an application during the Open Enrollment period unless you have already rolled-over an active application in the enrollment system from the 2020-21 school year. This includes students entering Kindergarten in 2021.
