Helping our community build resiliency is one of our core values.
We provide multiple ways for you to access mental health support free of charge. In addition to individual and family counseling or therapeutic support groups, we also offer educational sessions that focus on resiliency, healing, and recovery.

WAYS WE SERVE YOU
UPCOMING EVENTS:
TRIAL & DRILL SUPPORT
Wednesday, November 4th, we will have our clinicians on standby from 3:30p to 7p for open discussions, and support following the motion hearing.

"A trauma trigger is a psychological stimulus that prompts recall of a previous traumatic experience." Please also use this open session for support following the lockdown drill on Tuesday, November 3rd.

New Season. New Skills.
There are only TWO WEEKS left of this new skill-based group for ALL staff.

Focus on practicing, and building recovery, resilience, and wellness-based skills and learn methods to manage residual trauma responses resulting from trauma following the events of May 7th.

MONTHLY HIKE SERIES
Mindfulness has been shown to reduce anxiety, depression, and symptoms of grief and trauma. These hikes will teach ways to cultivate our own mindfulness practice as we hike in the rugged beauty of the foothills.
