Need some help getting into the Thanksgiving mood? Clicking the video above might help (or at least give you a chuckle!). We have this and a couple other fun oldies linked on our home page. We hope it brings you a smile! Beware, these catchy tunes might get stuck in your head!

We know it is cliché, but it is true- we are so grateful for our wonderful customers, especially those who come back regularly for maps or framing. Thank you for supporting our business and helping us to do what we do!

Today we are announcing our third

We are starting to see some minor shipping delays, which suggest there might be holiday shipping delays. We recommend you consider shopping early if you can, and especially if you want framing!

As always, we shall highlight some exciting new maps below, but you can always visit our Newly Listed Maps section to see everything new from the past month or so. We have a Great Maps - Super Deals category that offers our discounted items. And don't forget that we also have a category specifically for maps under $100!

If you are looking for something specific, we recommend using the search function or the "Filter By" function on the left side above the listings to search within a category.

Extremely Rare Map of Kansas, Nebraska, Dakota and part Colorado and Wyoming

This is the first state of this c. 1858 map, which is described by some to be "virtually unobtainable." It includes one of the earliest maps to reference the Gold Regions in part of Kansas Territory which would become Colorado Territory. The Gold Fields on Cherry Creek are shown on the first state of the map, with the second state of the map updated to add the place name "Auraria." This was one of the first gold rush settlements in this part of the Rockies which is now the Denver area. Our map lacks the Auraria reference which would have appeared around 35° N, 105° W. With fantastic detail of Native American Indian Nations, forts, and exploration routes. This map has been well studied and additional information about it is available in many places on the internet. This map is almost never available on the market and it is an incredible find. It has been backed on linen.

United States of America compiled from the latest & best authorities

This stunning, well-known map captures the United States in 1820, before the height of Westward Expansion, early in the formation of the nation. The West is comprised of territories, including the massive Missouri Territory, a strange Arkansas Territory, and the North West Territory. Texas is not yet part of the US and has very interesting borders. Much of the west is owned by Mexico.

Ernest Dudley Chase's Map of Cape Cod

This highly collectible map is notable for Ernest Dudley Chase's iconic illustrations, with buildings and banners labeling each town and village, and many handsome images surrounding the map showing notable buildings. This map once had blue throughout the ocean, but the color has faded over time. If you love the map and want some color, our professional colorist can work her magic on it and it will surely be stunning. This is the first edition of the map, which was reissued several times including later revisions by Ernest Dudley Chase's wife Clara Chase.

A Bird's Eye View of the Town of Provincetown

This impressive 1882 Bird's Eye View of Provincetown by Albert F. Poole would be a stunning addition to any collection. This print was created during an economic boom on the outer most part of Cape Cod, thanks to the railroad line that was completed in 1873. It shows Provincetown as seen from the direction of Long Point, looking northeast across the harbor, with the town behind the famous wharves and the Atlantic Ocean in the background.
