TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF YOUR GREEN CHECK MARK. You will need to show proof of positive completion as you enter.
2). Present your vaccination card for proof of vaccination. All attendees must be vaccinated to attend concerts.
Vaccination verification is required for any eligible adult to attend an in-person and indoor performance as the performance is viewed as an extension of classroom learning. Vaccination verification can include showing a vaccination card or photo of the card on a phone. The district’s policy is to check the cards of those 18 and over who are not students.
3). Check in to get your seats.
There will be class lists and you will be asked which student you are associated with. We have records of who reserved seats. An usher will take you to your seats. If you did not reserve seats, you’ll be taken to an available pair of general admission seats. Attendees must be ushered to seats by a volunteer so we can do any necessary contract tracing.
Seats blocked off with yellow crepe paper are not available for the duration of the concert series.
4). Enjoy the show!
There will be no intermission but you can buy water and chocolate bars in the lobby before and after the show.
Don’t forget to pick up your coffee orders!
FAQs:
How many family members can attend the concert?
Two guests per student. Per district mandates, families must sit in pairs, six feet away from each other. There are two show times per program; show times are based on your student’s grade level.
Will the concerts be livestreamed?
Yes! The 6 pm shows each night will be livestreamed, which is perfect for additional family members who want to see the show “live.” It will also be available for future viewing on our YouTube Channel. The 6 pm and the 8 pm show are the same concert; we are having two shows to accommodate the number of parents at a socially distanced space.
Why don’t we check vaccination status for audience members that are 12 and older?
Vaccination status cannot be checked for students. Student vaccination status is protected information and is part of a students’ educational record and protected by FERPA.
