Sea Pines Referendum Update
The new ballot mailing date is December 15, 2020, and the new deadline for postmarking returned ballots is January 20, 2021. We want to get your ballots to you as quickly as possible, so if you will be at a different address during this timeframe, please email referendum@csaseapines.com and include your full name and Sea Pines property address so we can send your ballot to the correct location.

North Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project
Sea Pines CSA has begun Phase 1 of the North Sea Pines Drive Reconstruction Project, along North Sea Pines Drive, from the Lighthouse Road Intersection to Red Cardinal Road. Installation of erosion control and tree protection is in progress. (Pictured: Erosion Control Installation)

Thank you to the Sea Pines CSA maintenance staff and our contractors for working late nights milling and repaving Greenwood Drive from the Greenwood Gate to Sea Pines Circle the week of December 7th.

On Tuesday (12/8), the Sea Pines CSA Maintenance department swiftly responded to and secured an irrigation water main break just outside of the Greenwood Gate.

Sea Pines CSA Relative & Commercial 2021 Annual Decals

PLEASE NOTE- THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PROPERTY OWNER DECALS

2021 Relative Decals and Commercial Decals are required for entry by 2/1/2021.
The Sea Pines CSA Office is accepting annual pass decal applications for 2021. To apply for Sea Pines Annual Passes please visit www.seapinesliving.com/csa-decal-application. We are in the process of issuing annual Sea Pines CSA Decals for non-Sea Pines property owners, by appointment only. The CSA Office Administration Staff will notify each business /individual via phone when the 2021 decal(s) are ready for pickup.

Please note correction to 12/4 email announcement: Relative Decals can be issued to immediate family members for properties with multiple owners.

As a reminder, the Relative Decal does not allow for Tower Beach access unless accompanied by the Sea Pines Residential Property Owner.

2021 Sea Pines CSA Residential Assessment Reminder
The CSA Board of Directors has approved the 2021 residential assessments. Amounts due will be $1,110 for an improved lot and $661 for an unimproved lot. Invoices were mailed the first week in December with the balance being due on January 11, 2021. As always, payment plans are available by contacting Tracey McNeill at traceym@csaseapines.com. Payment plans must be finalized by January 11, 2021, and will not be available after that date. We appreciate your timely remittance.

When paying your assessment please note, that due to COVID-19, the CSA Administrative Office remains open by appointment only. You may drop off a check with our receptionist, but we are unable to accept credit card payments in person. Due to the high volumes of calls, the most expeditious way to pay your bill is to send a check to the lockbox address (CSA, INC. P O BOX 628207 ORLANDO, FL 32862-8207) or the CSA office (175 Greenwood Drive, HHI, SC 29928), or use the online portal to pay with a credit, debit card or e-check. Sea Pines CSA to Host Deep Well Donation Event
A Deep Well Donation Drop-off event has been scheduled at the Sea Pines Community Center Parking Lot (71 Lighthouse Rd. Suite #120) on Thursday, December 17 from 8:00 AM to Noon.
