The world's most beloved puppet comes to life in this humorous and heartfelt adaptation of the Carlo Collodi classic. Geppetto, a lonely toymaker, longs to have a child to call his own. But he soon gets more than he bargained for when Pinocchio—a marionette carved from an enchanted log—springs to life before his eyes! Filled with memorable characters and magical adventures, Once Upon A Pine reminds audiences of the importance of love, friendship, and honesty. And that's no lie.
Prepare for an eclectic night of music with FSPA Guitar Instructor Kyle Canjar, as he performs solo guitar works from the Baroque, Classical, and Modern eras and is joined by his Brazilian Jazz ensemble Canja de Boa.

Message from the executive office
The full breadth of performing arts – comedy, drama, musical theatre, symphonic music, classical guitar, and more – all presented in Flint, in beautiful venues, all just in one week. Top that off with an international film award for the Year of Haydn, featuring our Dort Honors String Quartet and the acclaimed Dover Quartet. What a week!

You’ve heard it said many times, Flint boasts talent, resources, and cultural assets that are truly world-class and rival cities twice our size. We are blessed with a community that values live performing arts and we are grateful for the generations of patrons, donors, and civic leaders that have invested in making them the very best. It’s a lasting legacy that continues to burn bright on our stages every week. Thank you for being a part of that success.

I hope to see you soon!

Sincerely,
