Become More Involved in CAPT!
At the end of this year, our whole Board will be concluding their 2 year terms. If you like what CAPT does and want to become more involved, here's your chance! No matter your skillset, we have a position for you!

Serving on the Board is a great way to get to know other parents and guardians. It's also a fantastic way to support the educational experience of all children in our school. As discussed at previous CAPT meetings, we would like to have folks who may be interested in these roles shadow this year to see if this is something that will interest them next year and it will be an easier transition once our current board leave at the end of this school year.

Each newsletter, we'll highlight one board position! If you would like to know more or want to shadow the current member, please reach out.
CAPT Board Opening: Secretary

Our current Secretary’s term expires at the end of the school year. We're looking for someone who is good with words. You’ll get to put your stellar record keeping skills and attention to detail to good use as our CAPT secretary.

  • Maintain the records of all motions, decisions, transactions at meetings, meeting minutes
  • Have a copy of all the approved by-laws and accurate membership list at all meetings
