Today's update provides current alert levels, average case counts and total percentage vaccinated by high tribal citizen populations. It also includes COVID-19 case and vaccination counts for the United States.

ALASKA COVID-19 DATA
The total number of cumulative positive COVID-19 cases in Alaska as of November 16, 2021 is 146,598. There has been a total of 3,041 hospitalizations, 854,966 vaccinations and 840 deaths.

In Southeast Alaska, there are 8,964 confirmed COVID-19 cases. Of these cases, 200 have been hospitalized and 44 deaths have been recorded.

The TEOC was created to enable Tlingit & Haida to provide timely, integrated, and coordinated responses to the Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic that addresses the four phases of emergency management: mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery. All actions are aimed at protecting the safety and well-being of Tlingit & Haida’s citizens, clients, employees and communities.
