MASU Publications
MASU is pleased to release its 2021 edition of the Michigan Higher Education Public Policy Agenda. This updated compendium of frequently occurring state policy issues not only presents various challenges, but also recommended solutions for each of them. Accompanying our Public Policy Agenda is the 2021 version of our Legislative Priorities to improve affordability and student success. These priorities are enhanced state operating support, enhanced state need-based financial aid, and providing for consistent capital outlay investment.
