Submit Testimony on the Permanent Open Restaurants Text Amendment
The New York City Council's Committee on Consumer and Worker Protection and the Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises is holding a hearing today on the Permanent Open Restaurants Text Amendment and an accompanying Introduction.
