PARKING LOT SAFETY
A Message from Principal Kubuske
We really appreciate everyone's cooperation during the morning drop-off line and in the parking lot in general. Following a few simple rules will keep all of our children safe!

  • If your child needs help exiting the car, please park in the main parking lot (on the other side of the orange cones) and escort your child to the building. Do not stop the car line to assist your child. Parking spaces along the grass near the convent and the church are reserved for drivers who need handicapped access to either the church or school.

  • When your children exit your car, please do not open any driver-side doors. Other cars may be passing.

  • The parking lot exit on St. Agnes (near the playground) is closed to car traffic in the morning. Bus passengers are dropped off on St. Agnes and they walk through that driveway. Cars that try to exit through St. Anges impede bus transportation and it becomes a serious safety issue for our students.

  • If a family member or friend who is unfamiliar with our process is dropping off/picking up, please make sure they are aware of our protocols.

We encourage you to be mindful and to drive slowly at all times. We have had a few very close calls recently and an accident involving children would be catastrophic. We trust that everyone is doing their part to help out and keep us all safe, and we thank you for that.
PARISH VERIFICATION FORM
A Message from President Desotell
Enrollment for 2022-23 is off to a very brisk pace, and we are pleased many of you have re-enrolled. We have already created waitlists for a few grades at some of our schools.

As reviewed in my January letter to you, new to the enrollment process for students in grades K through 10 this year is the Parish Verification Form.

This new process supports the meaningful relationship between our families and our GRACE parishes in harmony with our mission of growing in our Catholic faith. This process also recognizes our GRACE parishes who significantly support our schools through their financial investments.

  • Families enroll K-10 students with the Standard Rate of tuition in our TADS.com enrollment management system.
  • After enrollment, families are to complete - with their GRACE parish - the Parish Verification Form. Upon receipt of verification, the family’s TADS Billing Account will be adjusted to the Active Parishioner Rate (lower rate).
  • Your parish office will help guide you through the process of obtaining their verification. Our parishes define what ‘active parishioner’ means in each parish.
  • The Parish Verification Form and instructions are provided during the online enrollment process in TADS. Information is also available at gracesystem.org | Admissions | Parish Verification Form.
  • Please submit your completed Form which includes verification by your parish representative to GRACE Riverside Office by June 1, 2022. Tuition payments for 2022-23 begin in July annually. Submission instructions are on the Form.
  • Completed verification forms will be processed in batches at regular intervals. Each family will receive an email when their Form is processed and their TADS Billing Account is adjusted.

Please be sure you enroll your K-10 students fully and then complete the Parish Verification Form with your parish.

If you have not already re-enrolled, we encourage you to do so to ensure your child’s seat for fall 2022 and to take advantage of the lower enrollment fee (now $100 until March 1st). Early re-enrollment also allows us to plan resources including staffing for next school year; preparations are already underway! God bless!

RE-ENROLL TODAY
Current families received a re-enrollment welcome email via support@tads.com. The email will contain a link specific to each current student. Because this link is specific to the student/family, it will not work for anyone else. The link directs the parent/guardian to the TADS enrollment website where the online re-enrollment process is to be completed. Each child’s name will be listed with a prompt to “click here to enroll.” Alternatively, a current GRACE family may log in directly using their existing Family Login information and follow the prompts to re-enroll.

TUITION TAX CREDIT INFORMATION
Tuition tax credit information is available to GRACE families online via GRACE’s enrollment management system, TADS. The TADS Household Paid Tuition Tax Report will provide a breakdown of payments made for the specified household’s tuition account during the tax year. When gathering information for tax preparation, GRACE families are to access their TADS account | select Billing | Billing Account Number | Reports | Household Paid Tuition Tax Report | enter the tax year (i.e. 2021) and submit. If you have questions or require assistance, please call TADS Family Support at (800) 477-8237.

*It is imperative that students are registered to attend BASIC. We cannot accept students who are
not registered.

Please continue to monitor your children at home for Covid-related symptoms which can include but are not limited to fever, sore throat, headache, body aches, fatigue, runny nose, stomach issues, and coughing. If your children or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms, students should stay home. Please call our school office to report absences or to report symptoms, concerns, exposures, or positive cases.

Holy Family's Site Plan reflects guidance from both the CDC and our healthcare partners at Prevea.
