Barrel Decor

Clyde has retired a considerable number of our older barrels and is making home decorator items. We have votive holders and charcuterie boards made from the barrel staves and metal bands, and Lazy Susans made from barrel heads. We also have half barrel coffee tables with oak tops, and storage space inside the half barrel. These items have lots of rustic character: toasted and red wine-soaked colors on the inside of the staves, interesting wood grains on the barrel heads and sanded or hammered reuse of the metal bands. They are popular items in our gift shop.

Local History Tours

Our popular Local History Tours are back. Details about the format of the tour and ticket purchase are at this link:

11 June 2023 (Sun)

Save the Date: Barrel Tasting & Dinner - 24 June (Sat)

Chambourcin Wines - 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2022. Pork Barbecue, sides and desserts.

Ticket Sales Begin 10 June

Nostalgia & Appreciation...

May 5th marked our 15th year as a Virginia winery. We were the 16th winery in Loudoun County back then in 2008. Some of you have been patrons since our early days and remember visiting in our original tasting room (pictured below). Some are longstanding case club members and still have your original membership cards! Many of you began visiting Hiddencroft after we moved to our current Tasting House in September 2011. We say with a smile: others may not remember us at all and have chosen to report us as spammers. However, we guarantee: we have never purchased or stolen an e-mail address! Our messages come your way because someone wrote this e-mail address in our guest book or registered it online via an event ticket purchase. Regardless, we have enjoyed the relationship and thank you all sincerely.
