Pastor Post
Pastor Tommy

God bless you, Beloved, on the eve of a new year. As we finish 2020, I think on many things. I grieve those we have lost. I give thanks for the strength and adaptability shown by so many. And I look with hope to the future.

We are still in a challenging place. Courage and perseverance will be required of us all. But we are not alone. We are walking this road together. We will help each other along the way.

We also know that God is with us. Although so many things have changed, the steadfast love of God in Jesus Christ remains. Our hope is sure. The light shines. Love abides. This we can trust.

As we come to our first worship service of a new year, I invite you to join me in a commitment to share God’s love. May our words and actions in this new year reflect what we believe and bless those around us. We are a people of hope, and we have a message of hope to share. As the creed teaches us: in life, in death, in life beyond death, God is with us. We are not alone.

God bless you. I look forward to walking faithfully with you in this new year.

Peace,
Pastor Tommy
