Earth Day Celebration Concert

This year, to celebrate Earth Day, the Interdenominational Festival Chorus will perform the Colorado Springs premier of "The Gift of Life" by John Rutter. This concert is a musical collaboration between St. Michael's Episcopal Church, First United Methodist Church, and First Lutheran Church choirs, music departments, and the Chamber Orchestra of the Springs. This 7-week small groups for adults will be an information full in-depth look at the Episcopal tradition led by the clergy at St. Michael's. Children & Youth Sunday

On this special occasion, we will have our children & youth fill all of the traditional service roles: ushers, greeters, acolytes, lay readers, and more during service! Children and youth of all ages are invited to participate. Adults, come worship with us and help us spotlight our children and youth! Our High School Senior, Christian Pettigrew will be preaching at both services! And our Sunday Forum will feature a Youth Panel, hosted by Owen Copps.

The May/June/July Day by Day is now available in St. Bede's. Pick one up next time you are at church. A Donation of $1 left in the St. Bede's donation box is appreciated.

This week, Sue Caruthers will be leading the Lectio Divina group on Monday, April 17 at 10 AM in the prayer room. If you are looking to open the scriptures in a new way or return to this ancient practice, join us on Monday.

People Who Read

This month, the People Who Read will enjoy a gathering on Wednesday, April 19 in St. Michael's Parish Hall at 6:00 PM. The book this month is, "Braiding Sweetgrass," by Robin Wall Kimmerer. If you love to read, enjoy conversations about new ideas, and fellowship, this is the group for you. Please bring snacks to share. All are welcome!

Old Spaghetti Factory

St. Mike's Parish Retreat & Family Camp Registration OPEN!


We are so excited to be hosting a dual Parish Retreat & Family Camp this Summer at YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park! This fun-filled weekend will take place Friday, August 4 - Sunday, August 6. There will be activities, games, and programming for all ages. All are welcome! Please CLICK HERE to register and reserve your spot by July 1! We currently have guaranteed rooms for 23 families. We are able to add rooms depending on the availability of the YMCA of the Rockies but don't wait: they will fill up fast!
