The Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) has scheduled a hybrid public meeting regarding the subject project on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 7 p.m. at 1000 Venetian Way in the Clubhouse. To participate virtually, the public may click here to preregister. Click “Department Meetings Calendar” and select the meeting you wish to attend.
The meeting will be conducted to provide area residents and businesses with information related to the design phase of the project and present plans and other pertinent information developed by DTPW.
The project consists of replacing existing bridges which are moderately to severely deteriorated including fixed bridges 2-12 and bascule bridge 10. Improvements will construct wider sidewalks and new bicycle lanes, and relocate utilities.
