Attention to Time

Wellness Tips
Happy Fall Y'all!
It's time to be outside! With fall comes cooler air, golden sunsets, brilliant fall foliage and shorter days. With less daylight, it can sometimes feel like there isn't enough time for ourselves. Here are a few fun and simple ways to maintain wellness during this autumn season.
  1. Nourish with seasonal foods, comfort foods, and warm drinks...
  2. Stay in tune with nature, take walks (socially distancing of course, lol), rake up a pile of leaves and jump in them (it's okay to still be a kid)
  3. Go apple picking
  4. Find your inner crafter...make a fall wreath
