Drug Take-Back Event at Good Shepherd Hospital
Help protect against accidental poisoning, overdose, water supply contamination and abuse from unused or expired prescription medications by safely disposing of your drugs at the Take Back Event this Saturday, Oct. 23 from 10:00 am–2:00 pm at the Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital West Pavilion, 450 W. Chamber Network Bowling League Starts Oct. 26
Sign up to play as a team or individual in the Chamber Network Challenge Bowling League starting Tuesday, Oct. 26 at Sideouts Sports Tavern, 4018 Roberts Rd. in Island Lake. Bowling begins at 7:00 pm and continues for 20 weeks (subs are permitted). Cost is $15 per person per week, with complimentary appetizers provided the final week. BACF Hosts Grant Workshop & Reception Nov. 3
The Barrington Area Community Foundation wil host a Grant Workshop and Reception on Wednesday, Nov. 3 at Barrington's White House, 145 W. Main St. The workshop, which explains the grant process for 2021–2022, will take place from 4:00–5:45 pm, followed by a reception from 5:45–7:00 pm. Barrington Children's Choir to Perform Dec. 11
Save the date for the Barrington Children's Choir Winter Concert, "O, Joyful Children," to be performed on Saturday, Dec. 11 at 2:00 & 6:00 pm. at Barrington United Methodist Church.
