SEFAA News

Gradual Reopening!

Sq. Ft + Lunchtime Fiber Open Studios

The SEFAA Center will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 2 pm starting in mid-May! So, you can drop in to see the Square Foot Fiber Art Pin Up Show and enjoy Lunchtime Fiber Open Studios on May 18th, 20th, 25th, and 27th. The Square Foot Show will also be open on Saturday, May 8th from 2 pm to 4 pm. In-person classes will start in July. (Please note: Masks are required inside the SEFAA Center.)

Don't worry, though, if in-person isn't right for you. You'll still be able to join Lunchtime Fiber virtually and we plan to have an online version of the Square Foot Show for you to enjoy remotely.

The pandemic forced us to go digital and we found we liked it too much to go back to only in-person classes and events. So, we've geared up to host hybrid (in-person plus virtual) events and to safely see close-up demonstrations from across the room at in-person events. Our new computer and 70" flat screen tv will be online soon!

July 17 - Fiber Flea Market - De-stash and/or re-stash textile equipment and supplies at bargain prices.
October 30 and 31 - Fiber Art Sale - Unique handmade textiles from local artisans.
