Voting
To meet the written ballot requirement, we will be using the online voting platform PollEV again this year. All members have been pre-registered and will receive a link via email prior to the meeting. Please be on the lookout for emails and blogposts in the weeks to come with detailed instructions on how to vote using PollEV. On June 4, volunteers will be available both in-person and virtually for anyone who needs assistance accessing and navigating the voting platform.

If you are a voting member who is unable to attend the meeting, please complete a proxy form online before 5pm (EDT) on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. The proxy form may be found on the Annual Meeting webpage.

In accordance with Article VI, Section 3 of UUCC’s Bylaws, no member present may cast more than three proxies. Our bylaws do not provide for absentee ballots.
