Theaters of Learning (TOL)

Today was the first TOL day of the year!

What is Theaters of Learning?

It is a building wide enrichment program Highlands creates on each of the 4 early release days. It offers kids experiences and relationships in the building they might not otherwise have. Teachers (including specialists and special education) chose a topic of interest and create classes for students to sign up and attend.

We have 25 age appropriate classes to choose from. Topics include: Highlands Olympics, Animal Engineers, Messy Kitchen, Illustration or Chess, just to name a few.

We love creating these special days for our students and, as you can see, they love it too!

New Website

EPS launches a new website today!

Which means Highlands has a new website too!

It should provide more information in an easier and even more visual package. We ask that you please be patient over the next couple of weeks while we finish migrating information to the new Highlands calendar and the new Highlands upcoming events section. Thanks for your understanding and thanks to the Communications Department for an excellent new tool for Edina Schools!

Donate Whiskey & Wine!!
