Employment Alert: 
Important Upcoming Deadlines for Employers re: Paid Leave Oregon
Important reminders for all Oregon employers who are participating in the State of Oregon Paid Family Medical Leave program (Paid Leave Oregon)—

  1. Deductions for the employer contribution should have started January 1, 2023. Complete the deductions for all employee contributions for the quarter for Paid Leave Oregon by March 31.
  2. Submit the record of employee contributions with the Oregon Combined Payroll Tax Report by no later than May 1 (typically due April 30 but it is a Sunday) for the quarter ending on March 31, 2023.
  3. Submit payment of the Paid Leave Oregon contributions as required by the Department of Revenue (typically follows the federal tax liability date.)
