Thank you to our friends, donors and community partners who joined us at our 60th Annual Meeting last month. It was incredible to see you all in person and recognize those who make an impact in our community. This has been a challenging year for our community. Through the generous support of our community partners, donors and volunteers, we continue to provide the highest quality of service to our clients. Moreover, our out-going officers and board members have paved a smooth path of transition to our new incoming board.
The stories we heard from a domestic abuse survivor and Ukrainian Holocaust survivors Moshe and Sofia Vorona bring perspective and a reminder of our mission to empower individuals, strengthen families and protect the vulnerable in the Broward community. As our fiscal year ends this month and we position ourselves for growth for 2022-2023 it is our why that drives our how.
For those who couldn’t attend the annual meeting, you can view photos from the evening here, and our Year in Review video here.
I wish you all safe travels wherever your adventures may take you.

As historians, film makers and families work to capture and share Holocaust survivor stories before it’s too late, Goodman JFS is here to assist Broward survivors by providing them compassionate support and benefits that meet their unique needs. We are proud to celebrate two milestone summer birthdays:

In May, our President and CEO Randy Colman, several staff members, and our Board Chair Jodi Berman, traveled to Minneapolis to join the Network of Jewish Human Service Agencies (NJHS) at its annual conference.
