Additionally, through God’s provision of your generosity, we were able to take on 20 new coordinators this year that we highlighted this spring. A recent move of God has occurred to focus our DOUBLE IT efforts – these new coordinators are often focusing on largely UNREACHED PEOPLE GROUPS. According to the Joshua Project, there are 17,410 people groups in 236 nations, with 7,398 classified as “unreached peoples” with their own language and culture.
An UNREACHED PEOPLE GROUP means they have very little or no access to hearing the gospel in a personal way, nor have a Bible available in their own language.
I want to introduce you to one of these new coordinators, Mr. B, who is equipping leaders in Western Nepal. Mr. B was born into a Hindu family where his father was often sick and went to witch doctors for help. However, ironically, but providentially, the witch doctors recommended he go to a local church to find help. Through prayer, in the name of Jesus Christ, he was delivered from a lengthy bondage of sickness.
Mr. B’s father wanted his son to follow Christ to his fullest. After some years of personal sin and struggle, Mr. B graduated from a 4-year Bible College. “After I graduated Bible College, I came back to my old community to serve Jesus and His people (including establishing a true Gospel church).”
He further elaborated, “In 2021, I was approached about joining Crossing Cultures International, which is a great opportunity for me to equip and empower both local leaders and pastors through this great teaching.” Mr. B serves along with his wife, son and daughter.
