Important Information About Your Club.

It is that time to review your club's 2020- 2021 membership roster.

Even if you have done so throughout the year, please take time to inspect and update if necessary, your club roster by visiting the Kiwanis reporting site. (Kiwanis.org/login)
  • You have until October 10th to delete non-returning members.  These updates are reflected in your year-end counts and club statistics

  • This updated information is used to invoice clubs in October for the new Kiwanis year.  (This is a deadline not to be missed!)

  • Remember to also update the names of members taking on Executive and Committee roles for the 2020 / 2021 year so that we may update our District records.
Contact Kiwanis Membership Services ( 800-549-2647 ext 411 or email [email protected]) for assistance or questions.

We appreciate your help maintaining accurate and timely membership records.
Is your club roster up to date?

Kiwanis International and Western Canada District periodically send email updates and information to members and club leaders.  Unfortunately, they may not receiving these updates as their email address has changed.

The information source for these mailings  is membership data in Kiwanis Connect (aka Secretary Dashboard).  If your club maintains a separate spreadsheet for member contact information, please ensure that Kiwanis Connect is also updated when email addresses change.

The new Kiwanis year is a great time to ensure that member information on Kiwanis Connect is up-to-date.
"KIWANIS ONE DAY" IS OCTOBER 24, 2020

Kiwanis One Day is the day clubs around the world have historically worked together to improve their communities.   Except this year, things are different.

While Kiwanis One Day is still set for October 24, 2020, we know some clubs were not meeting due to the coronavirus pandemic. Some clubs began meeting online from the onset. Still others are now meeting in person and following social distancing guidelines. Some clubs have found creative ways to work on service projects; while others have struggled.

While the pandemic has changed many activities for our clubs, we know Clubs want to participate in Kiwanis One Day.  There is still time for your club to learn of opportunities within your local community where your members " Can make a Difference".

If your club plans to participate in a Kiwanis One Day event, make sure you follow local guidelines and restrictions, stay safe and let us know what you are doing

Interested in Hosting a Future District Convention?

Is your Club or Division interested in hosting a future District Convention?  2021 will be in Swift  Current, Sask . More information on our 2021 DCON in Swift Current to come in future Newsletters.  In 2022, we will join Montana District for a Joint Convention which unfortunately  did not take place in 2020 due to "You know want".

Expressions of Interest for 2023 can be forwarded to District Secretary Dennis Dahl ([email protected])

Introduce Kiwanis to your community,  help shape the convention experience and have fun.

Kids have to play differently right now ....
