TECH SPOT
Teach Your Monster to Read is an early literacy game that is available on the web or as an app.

The premise of this game is that an alien monster crashes on a deserted island and needs to complete missions that are focussed on learning letter and vowel sounds. These missions feature a series of mini-games spread out across several islands. These islands are displayed on a visual map that tracks student progress. The goal is to complete games to fix the monster's spaceship and escape the islands. The games build on each other and provide a logical, fun way for students to improve their skills.
