This webinar should only be about 60-minutes long. 


MELT Intro Class - Join me for a 90-minute introduction class where you can learn more about the method and practice some of the moves and feel how MELT can work for you. You will experience changes from just the small moves that you will learn in this class and will want to do more. These classes will be both in-person and online streaming, so if you live close by and want to take the class live, I can fit about 4 people in our office space to try it out. If not, or you live too far away, you can join us online and either just watch, or try some of the moves with us and determine if you want to MELT More. MELT works best using the appropriate equipment (MELT balls and Roller), but you can try it before you buy. You'll learn moves that are designed for you to continue doing daily, at-home, as self-treatment.
