May 2023
Dear Friends:

May is Mental Health Month and, while promoting mental health is important all year, this special month of recognition raises awareness about mental illness and its prevalence that has significantly increased since the COVID-19 pandemic.

Below, we are sharing information about podcasts, webinars, events and ways to get involved this month. We hope you will take advantage of the educational opportunities and activities available throughout the month of May and thank you for supporting mental wellness and fighting stigma around mental illness.
Wishing you a happy and peaceful Mental Health Month!

Sincerely,
Gregory Dalack, M.D.
