I-T Covid Update

January 11, 2022

Dear Partners in the Gospel,

Many of you have been asking about I-T's covid procedures as the Omicron infections have skyrocketed in Fond du Lac County over the last couple of weeks. The council folks met tonight and decided, that at this time, we will continue to worship in-person. We will be making some additional adjustments for the next few weeks. We are again suspending congregational singing. Services will be briefer. Individual pack communion will continue. Masks will continue to be mandatory for all groups in our facility. We will also continue to be vigilant in other covid protocols such as social distancing, healthy hygiene practices and cleaning vulnerable surfaces regularly. We are also encouraging groups to not loiter indoors after worship or group meetings. If you feel ill, or are uncomfortable in groups, please stay home and use our online options at www.immanueltrinty.org. We will continue to discourage serving food or snacks in our activities. All of the outside groups using our building will be required to follow our protocols.

As the council, we are taking covid very seriously. As FDL covid statistics vary, we will adjust our protocols appropriately. If cases of covid arise at I-T, we will contact those who may have been exposed.

This is not an easy time to be the church. Please pray for your council leadership, pastor and community.

Stay safe... stay well
