December Bat Speed Camp - Mokena  

This class is dedicated to the athlete’s swing, and force generated during the swing. Athletes will focus on strengthening muscle groups that go into generating bat speed. Understanding core rotation, leg strength, as well as shoulder and arm stability; participants will be instructed on exercises to benefit all major areas. Bat speed is important to develop and with the principles that will be instructed at our camp, it will help set the foundation for future success in their playing career. Athletes will not only quicken their bat speed but set a foundation to bettering their playing career.

Multiple Session Packages Available 

1 Session-$50, 2 Sessions-$90, 3 Sessions -$120, 4 Sessions-$140, All 6 Sessions-$185 

Classes will be offered twice a week on Mondays and Fridays starting November 30th and ending December 18th.
