Carolyn Harris Royal Historian Newsletter
Welcome to the September edition of the Carolyn Harris Royal Historian Newsletter! In the past few weeks, I have written articles for the Canadian Encyclopedia about King George VI and the Canadian businessman, adventurer and spy Joseph Whiteside Boyle. My new article in the BBC History Magazine is all about Downton Abbey and the history of domestic service in the early 20th century. My recent lecture on Royal Trains of Canada is now available for purchase from the Toronto Railway Museum.
