CAB's Bingo Challenge!

As the Bingo Challenge comes to a close, we want to give a HUGE shoutout to our remarkable CAB team, Kate Losser and Matthew Martin. Not to mention the amazing community members that helped put the challenge together. This was a very fun challenge and we're so excited that the community got to experience the pillars in this format.

Member Spotlight!
Our spotlight this week goes out to a very special member, Luke Schunk. If you don’t know Luke, go introduce yourself! From his contagious smile and huge heart, to his willingness to show up for anyone in the community, Luke represents all of our values here FTR. He volunteered to be a part of the community advisory board recently, and has been an amazing liaison to the community. We’re glad to have you, Luke!
FITNESS PILLAR
New Trainer Alert!
Randy is our Outreach Director, making sure folks who leave treatment feel welcome back as community members. We are proud to announce that he will now be a part of our trainer team, bringing his energy to several treatment center classes!
New Yoga Instructor!
Ally is an amazing part of this community. She stepped into an internship role a few months ago to learn and grow to become part of our team. We are so excited to be introducing her as our new yoga instructor! Yoga classes are on Sundays from 8am-9am, so make sure to sign up and come experience this class if you haven’t before!

CREATIVE EXPRESSION PILLAR
Deeply Rooted VI

Deeply Rooted VI is happening this month! keep an eye out for more details. If you'd like to participate, or learn more, reach out to Tony or attend one of the Wednesday night music groups. They're super fun!
Our Creative Arts program has expanded to include a rotating schedule of all-new classes! Friday’s from 6:30 to 7:30, you can participate in Creative Writing, Ballroom Dance, Hip-Hip Dance, and Watercolor Painting. Below is the schedule for the month of September.

Friday, September 10th: Hip-Hop Dance with Kate
Friday, September 17th: Ballroom dance with Marina
Friday, September 24th: Hip-Hop Dance with Kate
COMMUNITY SERVICE PILLAR
Service Opportunity!

Our quarterly service project is coming up!
We'll be doing a drive to collect non-perishable food and water donations.



On September 25th (subject to change), we will be going out into the community and handing out care packages to the homeless. If you'd like to sign up or donate, talk to Kate at the front desk or reach out to Maara!
