2040 Zoning Code Changes Explained
Virtual presentation and discussion October 12 at 7:00 p.m.
by LHiNC's Housing & Zoning Committee
The City is in the process of updating its zoning code to match the development guidelines of Minneapolis 2040. The next set of changes that are up for public comment impact draft built form regulations, which govern issues such as: building height, floor area ratio (FAR), lot sizes and setbacks from property lines.

What do these changes mean for Linden Hills?

On October 12 at 7:00 p.m. LHiNC’s Housing & Zoning Committee will hold a virtual online open house, where they will provide an overview of these zoning changes, explain their impact on the Linden Hills neighborhood, and direct you towards resources and ways to share your feedback with the City. Registration is required. Learn more and register here.
